Our A/C unit suddenly stopped working, we called and set up and appointment for the next day - they showed up in the time window they said! 2 guys came out, one was Nick who was very knowledgeable and figured out what was wrong with our unit and had it fixed within 30 minutes! Nick is a great guy; super honest, wise beyond his years for sure and very fair!! He helped up in the 100 degree stretch last summer, another tech misdiagnosed the issue, told us it would be around $1,500 to fix the AC unit… Nick came in, within an hour had us back up and running and it was a $75 part! Then our brand new furnace acted up a few weeks ago, the installer did not pitch the venting enough and water got stuck in the drain pipe. 3 techs later, 5 days with little to no heat ($1,000 of parts replaced that didn’t fix anything) Nick comes in and saves the day (again!!) and had us up and running within 2 hours. He’s very thorough and honest, I will never call anyone else again!! Thank you again sir, you are the best! Safe yourself the headaches from others and go with Northern Climate Experts.
